It is an unusual hunt for the best SMART workers Team, which combines a virtual tour of Italy – with quizzes, anecdotes and curiosities about the most characteristic places of our Bella Italia -, with a series of interactive tests regarding tricks and “SMART” modes to team up working from home in SMART Working conditions.
A totally customizable business activity, conducted through the individual smartphones / tablets (iOS or Android) of employees and collaborators of companies, possibly grouped in virtual teams close or distant from each other, lasting about two hours in total, to be invested over the period of the 5 days of a working week.
What is it for?
The goal of SMART WORKERS Hunted is to encourage and motivate physically distant collaborators, to approach and experiment in a competitive key a decalogue of “best practice”, on the so-called SMART working, during five consecutive days of a week.
What do we want to achieve? The experimentation in a fun and original way of a series of useful ideas to improve the approach and performance of SMART working, independent of the specific types of participating companies. All this on the basis of teachings such as: “Learning is an experience, everything else is just information” by Einstein, or “If I listen I forget, if I see I remember, if I do I understand” …
Who is it for?
SMART Working Hunted is a team building activity designed to help organizations improve the working conditions and performance of their collaborators working in SMART working (especially if forced by contingent situations).
At the same time SMART Working Hunted helps participants to feel part of their organizations and above all of specific work groups / teams even when geographically distant from each other

How does it work?
During the hunt for the best SMART Workers team, you will be accompanied by Einstein’s genius on a fascinating introspective journey with ideas and suggestions to improve your work and organizational performance in the context of the so-called “SMART working”.
The hunt for the best SMART Workers team is in fact intertwined with the teachings of the great Einstein, who in addition to being one of the most famous physicists in history and a great admirer of Italian beauties (having also lived in Pavia), was distinguished in various areas, from philosophy to culture, from physics to sociology. His intellectual achievements and his originality have made the term “Einstein” synonymous with “genius”. A genius who was clearly aware of the need for constant attention to the personal and professional growth of each person, as an individual and as part of a team. Essential prerequisites to be able to appreciate the wonders that surround us and experiment with new ways that can make us reach personal and group goals that are increasingly ambitious and far-sighted.

Instructions
Once you have registered for the free virtual event via link on evenbrite.com, having had the foresight to report the name of the team agreed between you, you will receive an email with a QR code to be framed with your smartphone (iOS or Android), to download and install our APP, which will allow you to participate throughout the five days of the week, in the challenge that will decide the best team of SMART workers. The only prerequisites are: having an internet line (at least when installing the app), and checking that the operating system version of your smartphone is quite recent (Android starting from 7 and iOS starting from 10.3). Every day 8 tests + 1 Bonus will be made available which will underline as many best practices on SMART working together with curiosities on the 10 virtual stages touched.
When the APP is activated, the map will appear on the screen of your smartphone with a series of icons indicating in blue where you are and in red where the other competitors and components of your virtual team are located (recognizable by the name that appears by clicking on it) above). By zooming out on the map, you can also see additional icons positioned in some places in Italy. Each icon corresponds to a test accessible by clicking on the “TESTS” button at the bottom left. For each daily session, competitors must therefore complete a virtual tour of Italy in ten stages to which the ten tests on the menu correspond. At the opening of each of them there will also be images of the places touched by the virtual tour, testing your knowledge and your ability to observe. The challenges, all timed to avoid “googleing shortcuts”, can be of different types: multiple choice quizzes, open questions, recognition of pairs of “memory” images, correct combinations of notions, but also tests of mimicry and interpretation with photos and micro-videos of a few seconds which, from time to time, will have to ironically convey some concepts. The topics of the tests will concern: both the places visited virtually on the tour of the day, often with references to details present on the 360 ° images, and the daily decalogue of the ten tips & tricks on SMART working.
The general ranking, constantly updated and visible by clicking on the button in the bottom center, will always display both the score of the individual participants and that of the teams (alliances) to which you belong, highlighting the individual position and each team.
On the last day of the week, the ranking will be “frozen” so that the final result can be given in a possible final virtual celebratory session, preceded by a short video montage of your best performances during the entire week.
